We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including oak, walnut, and maple. Each piece is finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic oils to preserve the natural grain and ensure safety for your home.
How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Since many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized wood pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How should I care for my wooden furniture?
To maintain the wood's luster, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity. We recommend reapplying a natural wood conditioner every 6-12 months.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Silent Wood furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This does not cover natural wear and tear or damage from misuse.
