At Silent Wood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home decor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original wooden crates or packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned furniture at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
